The ability of architecture, design, and the arts to mirror what we see and experience around us is one of their most wonderful qualities. Our experiences, ideas, encounters, and travels always manage to sneak their way subtly into our designs. This house makes a strong statement about its inspiration, which is the natural environment that surrounds and inspires it. A family lives in a 4000 square foot home in Coimbatore that has four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a tiny balcony. Carefully rearranging furniture and incorporating clever design elements create a room that flows into one another, giving the impression of being elegant, cozy, and peaceful.

The gentle beige hue of the sand neutralizes everything and nearly matches the tone of human skin. Rather than trying to stick out, it allows the heroes be the focal point. The main idea behind the design was to surround the otherwise modest house with the exquisite tones of sand, which span from light beige to darker beige to occasionally yellow, salmon, and even orange. This was done by drawing inspiration from the stunning colors of sand. It gives the area a calming, harmonic touch and makes it possible to create a comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. This, together with sensual fabric and glass, warm wood and teak wood tones, and the appropriate blend of an Indowestern home, make it wonderful.
